Ningbo San Louis Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has two silica sol investment casting plants and one precision machining factory, providing one-stop service from raw castings to finished products. Among them, Shaanxi Longchi Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. serves as San Louis's casting production base, and Ningbo Fengchi Metal Manufacturing serves as San Louis's machining production base.
The company covers an area of over 20,000 square meters and operates two casting production lines, with a monthly casting capacity exceeding 100 tons. We have a workforce of more than 180 employees, including 15 senior engineers and over 30 quality control personnel.
The company holds ISO9001 and TS16949 certifications. Our inspection equipment includes CMM (coordinate measuring machines), spectrometers, salt spray testing equipment, height gauges, surface roughness testers, and more.
